What is intrinsically safe circuit
Intrinsically safe circuit means that the production equipment or production system itself has safety through design and other means, even in the case of misoperation or failure will not cause accidents.
It includes two aspects: fail-triggered safety function and fail-triggered safety function.  The two safety functions mentioned above are inherent in the equipment, facilities and technical processes, that is, they are incorporated in their planning and design stage, rather than being compensated after the fact.
Essential safety is the fundamental embodiment of "prevention first" in production, and also the highest realm of production safety.
